You can upgrade anytime within your series (Basic: monthly → quarterly → yearly, or Pro: monthly → quarterly → yearly) or upgrade from Basic to Pro. Downgrades require contacting support. Stripe upgrades use prorated billing so you pay only the difference for the remaining time. PayPal upgrades require creating a new subscription at the new plan price and re-authorizing payment. Upgrades take effect immediately.
